We begin with tea. A quiet ritual to soften your body, settle your system and let yourself arrive. It is a gentle invitation into presence.
Journalling follows as a moment to pause and unravel what is moving within you. Through guided prompts you will explore your inner landscape and give language to what your heart has been holding.
🌿 Meditation. A Homecoming to Stillness
Next is a grounding meditation that brings you back to centre. Each breath becomes an anchor, helping you meet yourself with more softness. This prepares you to fully receive the sound journey that follows.
🔊 Sound. A Deeply Amplified Journey Back to Yourself
This sound immersion is held by two sound practitioners, working together to create a layered, multidimensional soundscape. The experience is amplified, richer, more enveloping than a single-player journey. The tones move through the room with depth, vibration and intensity, giving your body more space to release.
The holiday season leaves its imprint on all of us. A mixture of warmth, tenderness, pressure and old emotional residue. These experiences sit quietly in the body. As the sound moves through you, let it soften what feels tight, loosen the places that have been holding and bring light to what has gone quiet.
Sound meets you where words cannot. It reminds you of the steady rhythm beneath the season and the stillness that waits for you when everything else feels loud. You do not need to try. You do not need to perform. You simply receive.
🤍 Sharing Circle. A Space for Real Connection
We close with a sharing circle designed for honesty, grounding and connection, with mince pies to warm the moment. You are welcome to share, to listen or to sit quietly within the group. This space honours the truth that healing is both personal and communal.
This gathering is your invitation to pause, soften and listen deeply. It is a chance to make space for whatever this season is stirring and to step into the end of the year feeling clearer, lighter and more connected.

Located at Hackney Downs Studios, our space is designed for modern living. Every detail, from the quadraphonic sound system to our aerial hammocks, has been intentionally chosen to support busy minds, overstimulated bodies and the pace of daily life.

We offer transformative breathwork, mixed movement, Aerial yoga and Pilates, somatics, Qi Gong, sound journeys and creative practices that support emotional recalibration, nervous system regulation and deeper connection.

Our events respond to the evolving needs of our community, offering space for exploration, reflection and growth. From somatic journeys to creative expression, each one is intentionally curated to go deeper.
