Join Sunni for a deeply nourishing and soulful Sound Bath.
Let yourself be bathed in the soothing vibrational frequencies of the Quartz Crystal bowls, as each ripple of sound helps you to realign on a deep and cellular level.
Receive a crystal to help you to connect with the intention of the evening and further enhance your experience.
Before we begin our journey with sound, you will be guided to connect to your crystal and set your own intentions, this crystal is yours to keep and take home.
As you settle in for your Sound bath, Sunni will guide you with a short meditation to help you slip into a deeper state of relaxation. Then simply drift on the waves of sound into a beautifully dreamy state of being.
As the session closes, you will be guided gently back and left with a few moments of silence so you can reflect and integrate your experience.
