Infrared (RED) Light Yoga Nidra

Join us for a restorative Yoga Nidra meditation class, enhanced by the soothing benefits of infrared light. This unique session is crafted to help you achieve deep relaxation, reduce stress, and uplift your overall wellness.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the event start time. Entry will not be allowed past the event start time. Tickets must be purchased in advance online. No walk ins.

What to bring to the event:

Water bottle

Pillow for under head/neck

Pillow for under knees if needed

Blanket

Wear comfortable clothing

Wear socks or barefoot in the studio

Yoga mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own to use if more comfortable for you.

Disclaimer: Red light therapy is generally considered safe for most individuals; however, certain groups should avoid its use. Pregnant women and those with photosensitivity conditions, such as lupus, should refrain from using red light therapy. Individuals with active cancer are advised to consult their healthcare provider. Additionally, caution is recommended for those with epilepsy or those taking photosensitizing medications. Lastly, individuals recovering from recent surgery or with open wounds should seek the advice of a healthcare professional prior to undergoing/using red light therapy.

NOTICE: Sound Baths are not recommended for those with severe mental health conditions, pregnant women in their first trimester, individuals with epilepsy or seizure disorders, people with significant hearing loss, those highly sensitive to sound, and anyone with implanted medical devices like pacemakers, as the vibrations could cause discomfort or potential complications.
