Support your child’s well-being with mindful play, creative crafts, and Pokémon fun.
Just like a Pokémon, your child is unique and we are here to help them evolve.

Daily drop in camp is $40 or $150 weekly per child.
Camp Registration
Designed to encourage and empower the youth via meditation, deep breathing, body mindfulness, affirmations, arts and crafts daily!
In addition, we will explore the dynamic power of community by way of:
~Daily mindfulness activities
~Learning stress management techniques to reduce daily meltdowns
~Cultivating trust, loyalty & confidence through team building activities
~Building friendships that nurture & empower the mind and heart
Through this incredible fusion of greatness, my intentions are for your child’s creativity to shine while also learning the importance of deep breathing, confident, self love and mindfulness.
By the end of every session, my hope is I Am Me values shine through as your children learns to nurture their mind, body and soul!
