New Moon Gong Bath

In a group setting, you will be lying on a mat enabling you to fully relax during the Gong Bath Meditation. Using a combination of gongs, wind chimes, a rainstick and other instruments, Eve channels the changing energy of the moon through the gong to help us connect more deeply to the natural lunar cycle. Science shows us that the moon has an immense effect on the earth's tides. Humans are made of at least 70% water. Just like the tides, the water in our bodies responds to the moon. A New or Full Moon Gong Bath Meditation allows us to greater amplify relaxation and self-healing.
We will provide all props needed for your experience; however, participants are encouraged to bring their own small pillow, bolsters, shawl or light blanket and eye cover to enhance their experience.

Remember to bring your crystals for charging in the radiance of the gongs!

We will accept drop-ins if there is space available! If you did not register ahead of time, but are interested in attending, you can come by the studio at the time of the gong bath to see if there is space available.

You should NOT do a gong bath if you have thrombosis or are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please let Eve know if you have a pacemaker or any other device.
