HSJCC Peterborough Local Service Provider Summit

Agency Table Registration
Agencies are invited to register a table to showcase their programs and services at the event. Registration will be completed through Eventbrite.
Registration Details:

• Each agency may register one table with up to 2 representatives.
• Lunch will be provided for the 2 representatives at each table.
• Set-up for agencies begins at 9:15 AM.
• The event will be open to the public from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
• Deadline to register a table: April 27, 2026.

Additional Promotion:
Canopy Support Services and HSJCC will create and distribute a flyer to agencies inviting staff and community members to attend the event and network with the agencies that have tables set up.

Event Backgrounder:
This event is designed with frontline staff in mind, those working directly with clients and patients every day. Whether you feel you already know what’s out there, or you’re still discovering new supports, this day will be worth your time.
