Peter is currently an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Australian centre of Housing Research. Peter has been teaching and researching property for over 30 years. Peter has the ability to combine the theory of property investment with the practical aspects to educate people on investing in property, especially buying and investing in property. Peter researches property markets around the nation and he has published three books; “The Property Professor’s Top Australian Suburbs”, “Property vs Shares” and “The Diary of a Small Developer”. He is also a contributor to numerous newspapers/ magazines/websites and is sought after by TV and radio for his research and comments on the property market.
