Today we have a Hot Chocolate Themed Restorative class that will both invite warmth into the body, but also help us savor the sweetness of life. Let's wind it down, and get comfortable. Our goal is to find relaxation and breathe in a handful of postures, in order to fully release and relax the body. Maybe try to reward yourself with a warm drink after your practice!
Classes include 15 min of Breath work, 15 min Meditation. Open to all levels.
Classes will be up to 2-3 people, and sign ups will be first come first serve. Registration fee is $25 per person
See weekly schedule for more class times. All classes can be booked separately as semi-private and private sessions.
