New Moon in Sagittarius Group Class

Sagittarius is a mutable fire sign ruled by Jupiter. It represents expansion, truth seeking, and shaking up the normal routine. This is a lucky time that asks us to take up a new adventure and be brazen. This sign controls the hips, liver, and thighs. Time to activate those emotions and invite some somatic therapy and movements to release and find space for ourselves.
Registration Fee is $25 per person. Classes include 45 min yoga class, 15 min Meditation. Open to all levels.
