New Moon in Scorpio Group Class

All About the New Moon in Scorpio:
Scorpio is a fixed water sign. Contrary to most “go with the flow” water signs, scorpio is stubborn and stuck in its ways. Ruled by Pluto, this sign represents hidden emotions and patterns. This time is where we see secrets come out, emotional and spiritual shedding, and we are forced to confront what we’ve refused to recognize. Scorpio rules the sacral chakra, including the bladder and pelvis areas. Now is the time to shed all that we’re holding onto and store up that which serves us as we prepare for the winter months ahead.
All special event classes will be a blend of Hatha and Restorative classes. We will start with a warm-up, perform a strengthening flow, then cool it down with some restorative postures.
Registration Fee is $25 per person. Classes include 45 min yoga class, 15 min Meditation. Open to all levels.
Classes will be up to 2-3 people, and sign ups will be first come first serve. See weekly schedule for more class times. All classes can be booked separately as semi-private and private sessions.
