Homecoming

Join me on Sunday 30th November 12:30-2:30pm for a 2 hour workshop.

This offering will be a journey into embodiment. An invitation to get out of your mind and return home to your body; this sacred vessel of organic wonder and mystery.

We will explore through the shared vocabulary of asana, meditation, pranayama, subtle-body practices, visualisation, journaling, inquiry and mantra, rooted in non- dual Tantra philosophy. There will be a sharing circle. We will end with a delicious Goldees bagel and refreshments and more.
