- Ever wondered how the heck yogis in your class or on social media balance on their hands?
- Would you like to hold an arm balance and not face plant when taking flight?
- Would you like to build strength, boost confidence, practice safely and have fun, instead of fear and loathing when Crow pose pops up in class?
If you answered yes to any, or most of the above questions, then this workshop could be for you. Suitable for all levels of yoga practitioner.
