This gong bath meditation invites you to lie back, relax, and be gently guided into a state of rest through the therapeutic tones of the gong, chimes and Tibetan bowls. No prior experience is needed - simply come as you are.

Mats are provided - please bring your own cushion, a blanket, and anything else you wish for added comfort (extra matting, cushions etc.)
