Asian Pacific Islanders Coalition of South Puget Sound (APIC SPS) would like to invite you to join us for a FREE Washington State Homebuyer Education Class, co hosted and sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC). This comprehensive class is designed to help first-time and repeat homebuyers better understand the homebuying process and learn about available down payment assistance programs. Learn how you can purchase a home with little money down!

✅ Understanding credit, budgeting, and mortgage financing
✅ Available Down Payment Assistance Programs (DPA)
✅ Washington State Housing Finance Commission programs

✅ What to expect before, during, and after closing
Earn Your WSHFC Certificate
Upon completion of the class, participants will receive a Washington State Housing Finance Commission Homebuyer Education Certificate, which is required for many Washington State Down Payment Assistance Programs and remains valid for 2 years.
