Hoffman Recent Grads Integration Session (Alumni Within 3 Years)

This two-hour integration session is designed for recent graduates who wish to strengthen their connection to the work and bring the insights from their Hoffman Process more fully into everyday life.

Facilitated by Volker Krohn, the session includes guided reflection, shared dialogue, and grounding practices to support your integration as you navigate the changes that naturally arise after completing the Process.

Alongside personal reflection, this gathering also provides an opportunity to connect with fellow recent graduates in your local area. Building relationships with others who share the language and experience of the Process can offer ongoing support, encouragement, and a sense of continuity as you move forward.

Whether you are returning to work, adjusting to new perspectives, or simply seeking space to stay connected to what you discovered, this session supports you in continuing your journey with clarity.

Volker Krohn is the Chairperson of Hoffman Institute International and Director of Hoffman Process Australia/Singapore. With decades of experience facilitating the Hoffman Process and supporting graduates around the world, Volker brings depth, clarity, and a steady presence to the ongoing journey of personal transformation.
