💦 Water Therapy – In the safe hands of trained aquatic therapists, the water becomes a soft cradle. The body opens and relaxes through gentle movements, flowing strokes, and supportive floatation equipment that encourages deep release and connection.
Alex Siebenstern, founder of the Aguahara aquatic therapy movement, will be guiding the event. Alex has developed and taught water therapies across the world, bringing years of experience, sensitivity, and depth into the journey.
Olga Hörn and Lorenz Brunnie, trained float therapists, will assist Alex and guide you into lightness within your body.
💦 Sound Healing
The sounds, alive, deep, and enchanting, surround you. Played on gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, and mesmerizing electronic instruments, they call forth an inner stillness.
Electronic musician Frímann Kjerúlf and Berglind Ólafsdóttir sound healer weave together an electronic and acoustic sound journey that draws you deeper into the experience in the water.
