About this Event

As we walk through the beautiful National Portrait Gallery, you will hear about the lives and achievements of extraordinary people. From extravagent royals to pioneering social campaigners, you will look into the past through some of history's bravest and sometimes notorious characters; meet the stars of eighteeth century science and stage, and find clues of their lives and achievements as we see their legacy through their portraits.

The tour includes the famous, the infamous as well as other characters who are fading from historical memory, but who deserve to live on in our hearts and minds.

It will be 1 hour 30 minutes of entertainment, insight, emotion and inspiration.

We meet in the reception area of the gallery AFTER the bag check at security. I will be standing in front of the display of busts in the lobby wearing a City of Westminster lanyard.
