A session to reset & attune ✨

Sound & different vibrations have a profound effect on the body.Different notes, keys & frequencies resonate to different body parts, offering an array of healing support to our energetic, emotional and physical state.

In this session you will be guided in a sound journey with the use of voice, tuning forks, both tibetan and crystal sound bowls and percussion instruments.

We start by first opening up the energy centres allowing any blockages, stagnation or activation to start to open up.

During the navigation we allow and support any energy that needs to flow, release & transmute. Finishing with deeper alignment in body & spirit.

✨The session includes:

-Prior assessment chat

-Hands on healing with different sound healing instruments (use of: tunning forks, tibetan bowls and crystal bowl and shamanic drum. All to be used on and around the body)

-Pressure point therapy

-Post session chat and integration

✨Individual price is £88. Duration 2-2.5h + integration support

I service both London, Reading and South Stoke and anything up to 15 miles from either of these. Home visits also available.

Group sessions of up to 4 with a duration of 2.5h-3h can be arranged at a lower price per person. ✨
