This half-day, hands-on workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of historic roofing systems, with a focus on slate and sheet metal. Participants will learn how these systems function, where they commonly fail, and how to approach basic repairs using traditional methods. The training combines demonstration and hands-on practice using mock-ups to build confidence working with historic roofing materials. Instructors from The Durable Restoration Company will join us to share their expertise. Dates Saturday, June 13, 2026
