Cycle-Syncing 101 is an intentional wellness workshop and tasting experience designed to help you better understand your body’s natural rhythms — whether you currently track your cycle, have an irregular cycle, are in postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, or or simply want to reconnect with your body through food, movement, and body intuition.
Through guided education, reflection, and a phase-aligned culinary tasting, you’ll explore how your hormones, energy, mood, cravings, and capacity shift throughout the month — and how to work with your body instead of constantly pushing against it.
Four Phases - Four Ways to Support Your Body
Enjoy a phase-aligned tasting experience designed to reflect the energy and needs of each cycle phase:
