About the Programme/Event
This 1.5 hour workshop provides participants an opportunity to reaffirm their connection with deceased loved ones using a creative approach. As they explore the imprints of the deceased on their lives, they may discover that grief entails not just letting go, but holding on as well. Through the art-making process and artworks, participants get to honour the enduring qualities of those they have loved and consider how these qualities may be integrated into their own lives.
