Join Star Learners for an immersive storytelling adventure, followed by a hands-on craft activity for your little ones. True to Star Learners’ literature-based curriculum, this session is centered around a picturebook! Children will be thoroughly entertained by our educators’ reading of "The Deep Dark Wood" – a funny take on the classic fairy tale of the Little Red Riding Hood, which will bring them on a stroll with lots of twists and turns and an unexpected end.
The read-aloud session will be followed by an activity where children, along with their parents, bond through creating a 3D monster using recycled materials. At the end of the craft workshop, children are encouraged to share their feelings and challenge perceptions – similar to how lessons are carried out at Star Learners’ 43 preschools island-wide.
This a parent-accompanied programme, suitable for children aged 4 to 6 years old. Materials will be provided.
