Do you have a child under 5 years? "Healthy Families Right from The Start" teaches us how to build a strong and healthy family from day one!
About this Event

The HENRY programme is for parents and carers of children aged 0 to 5 years. It is free to join.

All parents want the best for their children, but with so much advice out there, it can be hard to know what’s right—especially in the early years.

Research shows that young children need:

Parents who feel confident
Plenty of active play
Healthy food
Good family routines
Fun times together

The programme runs for 8 weeks and covers these topics to help give your child a great start in life.

If you have a child under 5 and answer ‘yes’ to any of these questions, HENRY could help you:

Every parent who joins gets a HENRY toolkit with helpful resources to use at home. It will support you in making small changes that make a big difference.
