Join Catherine Crane for a sacred meditation workshop experience designed to cultivate joy, warmth, and a gladdening of the heart, particularly during times of challenge. Working with a Ganesh Mantra, you will receive a sacred Mala necklace all the way from Bali 'The Isle of the Gods'. Made with sacred volcanic stone and rudraksha to cultivate grounding and courage and a beautiful meditation practice that you can take away with you forever.
There will be the invitation to commit to a 21 day sadhana - meditating using the technique every day. With support offered on this journey. If you love it, there will also be the invitation to do 11,000 rounds over 40 days. Catherine is currently mid-way through her own 11,000 rounds and is finding it profound and fascinating.
