Monthly Women's CircleCome join me for a morning of slowing down and reconnecting with yourself and others.
These monthly women’s circles are a gentle invitation to step out of the rush of everyday life and into a space of nourishment, reflection, and meaningful connection with like-minded women.
Each circle will include time to explore a relevant theme, share from the heart, and drop into your body with guided embodiment or meditation practices.
New to women’s circles? You are so welcome - come exactly as you are!

What to expect:
- Reflection & journaling on a theme
- A safe, supportive space to share (as much or as little as you like)
- Guided embodiment or meditation practice
- Access to our private WhatsApp group for ongoing connect
What to bring:
- A journal & pen
- Water bottle
- Comfortable clothes
- Anything else you need to feel cozy
