Join us for our spring heart healthy event - all abilities welcome!

Hennepin County Commissioner Angela Conley (District 4) is hosting her second community walk in support of Hennepin County's "Your Heart Beats for Generations" Healthy Hearts initiative.

Heart disease is the number 1 cause of death among women. In Hennepin County, heart disease disproportionately affects African American/Black and Indigenous women.

Bring a friend and get ready to walk, stroll and roll. Grab a heart health t-shirt & tote bag. Heart healthy snacks and resources will be provided. All ages welcomes!

Info: The route will start at Sabathani Community Center heading east, turn left on 15th Ave S up to Powderhorn Park, walk around the smallest loop (Powderhorn Lake), exit the park at 11th Ave S heading South to 38th St, taking a right and ending back at Sabathani Community Center
