Heart Connection Healing Drum Circle

Come drum with us in community releasing what no longer serves you, opening your heart with Sacred Cacao at Aguacate Garden of Love.
About this Event

Monica and Najini will guide you through an intimate Drumming Circle open to all (no experience necessary). Sacred Cacao will be served in order for you to connect and open your heart and then be able to connect to the heart of the drum creating connection and allowing us to release what no longer serves us to shed anything weighing us down.

Please note that this is not a drumming class but a way for you to experience the connection of your heart through the drum allowing you to channel what ever it is that needs to come through. We will get out of our head and journey into the heart allowing for expansion and releasing stress.

Please bring your own drum (djembe or medecine drum), we have a few drums and instruments available to share and chairs /stools will be provided. Don't forget to bring a bottle water to hydrate.
