From 9:30am - 3:30pm join us for a mix of Morning Yoga with Rachel, some Creativity from a guest tutor, some Sound from me, Aroma Yoga and Yin Yoga with Rachel, learn about beautiful essential oils and their benefits, interspersed with a lovely lunch and treats throughout the day.It will be an amazing day, a perfect get away for you amongst a small group with amazing benefits. We can't wait to share what we have planned with you.
We'll use the house, peaceful garden and woodland to create a perfect Retreat Day.
