Heart & Sole 5K

Join the Hoop for All Foundation and THREESIXTY for the Heart & Sole 5K at the Capital Crescent Trail in Georgetown! The community run/walk will raise critical awareness and funds to support both in and out-patient treatment for individuals affected by heart disease, the leading cause of death in the nation.

The event will include a pre-race warm-up session led by local fitness instructors and informational booths focused on heart health, nutrition, and wellness resources. So whether you're a seasoned runner, casual walker, or participating in honor of a loved one, this event is your chance to take steps toward a healthier heart.

This is a family-friendly event and open to all ages, paces, and fitness levels. The route will be clearly marked and staffed with volunteers to ensure safety and accessibility for all, including water stations.

Registration fee includes a custom t-shirt and bib which will be provided race day. Race day registration is also available. The top three finishers will be recognized with awards during a brief closing ceremony.
