Sunrise Yoga: The Right to Be Well

Begin your day with a moment of movement, music, and mindfulness. FlowWell Yoga + Wellness, Eaton DC, and March On! invite you to a special sunrise yoga experience with a live DJ.

This class embodies the festival theme: The Right to Be Well—a celebration of health, healing, and collective liberation. Together, we’ll flow through an energizing and grounding practice designed to awaken the body, clear the mind, and uplift the spirit.

All levels are welcome. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, come as you are and leave renewed.

7:30 AM – 7:55 AM: Doors open, check-in, settle in

8:00 – 9:00 AM: Yoga flow with live DJ

9:00 AM – onward: Chat + Community Time

10:00am Join March On!’s Student & Emerging Film Competition Screening at Planet Word, right across the street from Eaton. Changing rooms available in Eaton Wellness.

Waiver of Liability:By registering for Unity Flow sessions, participants acknowledge and agree to waive any liability against March On! , Eaton DC, SJ Bradberry LLC, FlowWell Yoga, and their respective instructors, staff, and affiliates for any injuries or damages that may occur during the yoga sessions. Participation in yoga activities carries inherent risks, and attendees participate at their own risk. In addition, by accepting this wavier you accept the right to use photos taken at the event across the LifeWell Ecocystem.
