About this Event

Join us as we host a continental breakfast for women followed by experts giving advice on Womens health issues.

We will have with us that day Dr Claire a GP based in Portadown, and Dr Jen a clinical Psychologist based in Wales. They will be walking us through women's health issues, advising us on red flag issues and symptoms we cannot ignore, they will talk over everything from Menstruation to Pre and Post menopause, and how we best support ourselves physically and mentally.

We would love you to join us as we seek to learn how best to support our bodies and minds.
