For healers and space-holders, this season offers something deeply needed: a chance to step away from doing and finally receive care and nourishment yourself.This a genuine and authentic networking opportunity for people in holistic healing professions. You'll have space to connect with others, share what you do, and expand your referral network in a way that feels aligned and meaningful. There will be time for professional introductions and reflections so that you leave not only nourished, but also more connected to your broader healing community.
This one-day retreat is a ceremonial exhale, a return to your body, your nervous system, and the quiet knowing inside you. Through nature, ritual, and creative expression, we’ll tend to the parts of you that are tired from giving, that are longing to reconnect with yourself, and that are ready to receive with open hands and heart.
Held by the land and guided by Jen Reddish, Brea Livingstone and Trina Metz, this session blends somatic experiencing, internal family systems (IFS), forest therapy, and art therapy, offering true restoration for your body, mind, and energy. Through slow, sensory connection and earth-based ritual, you’ll be invited to cross the inner threshold from overwhelm into balance. We’ll gently meet the parts of you that are protecting, giving too much, or simply worn down, and invite them into relationship, rest, and renewal.
We’ll close our day together with a potent Fall Equinox Ritual, a sacred space to honour the seasonal turning point and the inner thresholds you’ve crossed throughout the day.
This ritual offers a threshold of its own; a moment to step consciously from doing into being, from self-protection into self-trust, from overgiving into receiving. You’ll leave this retreat feeling more resourced, more connected to yourself, and more connected to a circle of others walking a similar path. This is not your typical networking experience; it’s a chance to authentically share your work, be seen, and receive, all within the spaciousness of ritual, nature, and community
