As the veil thins and the days grow shorter, we gather beside the sacred waters of Sylvan Lake to remember what matters most — our breath, our bodies, our roots, and the love that connects us across time.
Lake of the Ancients is a soul-nourishing, plant-based retreat designed to honor the potent energies of Samhain — the Celtic New Year — when the spirit world brushes close and ancestral wisdom becomes a whisper we can finally hear.
