A Shamanic Practice for Forgiveness

✨ The Essence

Forgiveness is one of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves on the path of healing.

From a Shamanic perspective, we are beings of energy, ever shifting, moving, and transforming.

As Einstein taught, energy cannot be created or destroyed, only moved or shifted.

When we experience pain, betrayal, or loss, parts of our energy can become fragmented, entangled, or given away.

Through forgiveness, we call our energy home, creating space for peace, healing, and wholeness.

🌺 The Ceremony Flow

We’ll begin by opening the heart and body through:

Cacao Ceremony: to awaken compassion, soften the heart, ground and prepare the body for release.

🥁 Intuitive Somatic Movement & Drumming: to connect with your inner rhythm, move stagnant energy, and ground into your body.

Once the heart and energy field are open, we’ll move into the Shamanic Forgiveness Practice guided by Ginette and Peggy.

🌿 The Forgiveness Practice

This reflective and experiential process includes:

1. Reflection: Writing a list of people, experiences, or parts of yourself you’re ready to forgive (know that there is no need to share, only if you feel called).

2. Shamanic Practice: A guided energetic release and reclamation of your power.

3. Integration: Group sharing and discussion to support healing and embodiment.

Forgiveness does not mean accepting or condoning what happened, it means choosing to free yourself.
