~ Join us for a day of Relaxation, Nourishment & Connection!
The afternoon Retreat (12:30 pm - 4:30 pm) will be held at The Yurt near Cochrane followed by a 2 hour private group Spa experience (5:45 pm - 8:00 pm) at The Cave Sauna & Spa in Cochrane.
*Note, there is the option to register for just the afternoon retreat if you are unable to make the full day.
Expand your connection with self and others through Meditation, Heart Connection Practices, Breathwork, Reflection / Journaling and complete the afternoon with delicious, nourishing snacks in the closing circle!
Heart Connection Practices:
An opportunity to deepen our connection with self and others which may include: eye/soul gazing, breath regulation, soulful communication, sound activation, movement practices, dyads. (A dyad is something that consists of two elements or parts. Expanding our ability to hold space, listen, receive and understand with an open heart).
Breathwork:
Meet yourself in new ways. This is an opportunity to engage the incredible clarifying and healing power of your primary life force, breath. Explore the energetic continuum of your body, beliefs, emotions, and non-physical realms. Detoxify, rejuvenate, energize, release, express, integrate, clarify, and heal.
Nūma Breathwork is a transformational synthesis of conscious connected breathwork, somatic explorations and sound healing, an inquiry that supports you in clearing energy within the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies. This dynamic practice can catalyze spontaneous insights and non-ordinary states of consciousness. It is an insightful dive into the continuum of human experience and a potent portal into the numinous.
Reflection / Journaling: there will be various opportunities to reflect within, take some time to journal, and enjoy the outdoors!
** No previous experience is required.
~ ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR ~
Giselle Gilliard is a graduate of the Nūma Somatics Integrative Breathwork Therapy training (400hrs). This practice combines breathwork, somatic bodywork and supplementary exercises to this holistic approach of working with your body, mind and spirit.
Giselle has also completed Advanced Breathwork Training in Trauma Sensitive Care, Pattern Specific Bodywork, Sound Therapy, and The Domain of Death and Birth (Breathwork in Water).
Giselle is also an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Empowerment Coach and is a Sacred Space Holder. Giselle facilitates small and large group offerings as well as semi private and private sessions.

Retreat at The Yurt: 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Please arrive between 12:25 - 12:40 pm allowing time to park, get settled and ready to begin the welcome circle at 12:45 pm. This is an integral part of the afternoon where the sacred container is created. The closing circle completes by 4:30 pm.
The Cave Spa: 5:45 pm - 8:00 pm
Please arrive at The Cave Spa by 5:45 pm as our spa experience begins at 6 pm.

~ FOR YOUR COMFORT ~
Comfortable clothing is recommended as well as indoor socks or slippers and a light sweater or shawl.
*Due to sensitivities and allergies please refrain from using strong scents.
Please bring:
• a yoga mat or thermarest
• a blanket & small pillow
• a bolster (or extra blanket) for under your knees
• water in a bottle / closed container
• any item which would provide you with additional comfort
* optional:
• an item to place on the alter
• a snack for sharing
~ CONSCIOUS INVESTMENT ~
Full Day: $171 (Sliding Scale: $140 - 171). This Option includes the Retreat Afternoon at the Yurt as well as The Cave Spa.
Retreat Afternoon at the Yurt only: $111 (Sliding Scale: $80 - 111)
Advance registration is required to confirm your participation. Please register via the Eventbrite link under "Tickets" within the Details section. There is the option to choose a 'Free' ticket and to etransfer Giselle directly to avoid the Eventbrite fees.
* Please provide the following information with registration: your name, email address & phone number as well as the date of the event you plan to attend. Giselle will send a confirmation email.
Note, the retreat is limited to 15 participants and the spa is limited to 11 participants.
~ CANCELLATION POLICY ~
As space is limited, advance registration is required to confirm your spot. There are no refunds. $50 admin fee for less than 24 hour cancellation. $25 admin fee for 48 hour cancellation.
* For the retreat portion, a credit towards an upcoming session within 45 days will be considered if notice is given with cancellation.
** For The Cave Spa portion there are no refunds. Should you need to cancel you are welcome to find someone to take you spot.
