This is an invitation to do just that— join this nurturing, nourishing, immersive day designed to help you feel fully embodied and deeply connected to your authentic self. This retreat will guide you through somatic experiencing, expressive arts therapy, aromatic breathwork, body-centred meditation, and laughter yoga, allowing you to tap into the wisdom and power of your body. You’ll move beyond the confines of your mind to embrace a holistic experience that brings mind, body, and spirit into harmony.

This retreat provides a nurturing environment for self-connection, guiding you towards heightened awareness of your body, emotions, and sense of self. It’s about shedding old patterns, letting go of stored tension, and learning to live more fully in your body—feeling what’s happening inside of you without judgment and embracing the messages your body is sending.
This one day women’s retreat is being led by Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor Jen Reddish with contributions from Trina Metz from Into My Body, Amy Bye from Luna Rose Remedies and Lora Pesant from Adventures in Wellness. Jen has a strong passion for bringing women together to connect to their authentic sense of self through body & emotional awareness. This retreat was created to give women a space to return to again and again - to give yourself an opportunity for real, deeper level self care in a safe, supportive environment.
