About this Event
Women Circle - Father Wound Series (A 3-Month Journey)
“The first man whose approval I wanted - was my father. No matter how ignorant he was towards me as a young girl - I loved playing around him. I did not want much from him, but his presence. Well, you would think that’s a decent ask... But my father was a short-tempered, irritable kind of guy who would get easily triggered watching me giggle and play - scolding me if I ever got too loud, even making fun of me. He did not care who was around. My body still remembers the shame.”
The Hidden Wound We Carry
“So, as I grew up, the pile up of trauma caused me to maintain my distance. I attracted several unstable relationships paying the price of losing my voice, my self-esteem, my worth. Saying “no” was never an option as a child- my controlling father did not like it when I formed boundaries. He tried his best to break me and yet he preached that he had taught me independence.”
The father wound runs deep. It silently shapes how we trust, love, and allow ourselves to be supported. One might notice it as:
🔸Living in survival mode, with your nervous system constantly feeling under threat
🔸Feeling unseen, unworthy, "not enough" or “too much”
🔸Always performing, achieving, or proving your worth to feel loved or respected
🔸Believing you must be useful to deserve love - or even to exist
🔸Craving attention or approval, yet attracting emotionally unavailable partners
🔸Fearing rejection or abandonment
🔸Struggling with control, hyper-independence, difficulty asking for help, or emotional distance - because control feels safer than trust
🔸Finding it difficult to discover your direction in life
🔸Feeling lost, confused, or disconnected from your inner freedom and creativity
🔸Being the over-giver, the caretaker, the one who mothers everyone - while forgetting yourself
🔸Deep down, longing to be held, to soften, to finally FEEL SAFE enough to open your heart
🔸Feeling the urge to keep it all together and shine no matter how tired you are -because many of us learned this from our fathers, by watching them or being taught by them
🔸Always working or keeping busy, never giving yourself time to rest — or struggling to enjoy rest when it’s available
These aren’t random patterns. They’re echoes of an unhealed wound running our lives - without our awareness the wounded masculine is running the show. Healing begins when we stop trying to “fix” ourselves and instead meet the root - with compassion, embodiment, and sisterhood .
The Woman You’re Becoming
When you heal your father wound you are cultivate a healthy inner masculine energy, that will take care of you, give you direction and the saftey to be FULLY YOU. With that integrated, this is the woman you are becoming:
✨ Feeling grounded and safe in your body and the world
✨ You are open to receiving love, support, and care without fear, resistance or shame
✨ Free from the need to over-give, prove, or perform to feel worthy
✨ Rooted in self-confidence, clear boundaries, and deep self-respect
✨ Finally feeling held by life - and by your own inner masculine
✨ Reconnected to your joy, sensuality, creativity and the softness of your own feminine essence
“When I reached the lowest point in regards to self-worth, something in me screamed: enough is enough.I let my inner masculine rise and cut the toxic ties that had bound me for so long. The love I had always sought outside - I found within. I attracted my dream partner and reclaimed my voice, my worth, and my freedom.
This journey has been one of reclamation - of taking back what was mine but never given to me. Of learning not to overgive to exist, not to people-please to survive.
Healing is not instant. I still revisit my old patterns sometimes. But now I meet them with compassion, not shame. This is the work - not to bypass, but to return home to yourself.”

Meet your hosts: Siddhi and Ingmar
Siddhi - The Softness
Siddhi was born in India, where she graduated from one of the country’s most prestigious universities and began following the traditional path - a dream 9-to-5, preparing for an Ivy League MBA - success by every standard. Yet, as those dreams began to take shape, something within her shifted. She realized her ambition wasn’t freedom - it was survival. Choosing a path aligned with her true purpose, she transitioned to freelancing and spiritual life coaching, dedicating herself to living as her highest potential self. In 2024, she brought her profound spiritual gifts to Berlin. As a psychic medium, she serves as a bridge between realms, channeling divine wisdom with clarity and grace.
Her spiritual awakening began in 2016, guiding her toward harmony and deep well-being across body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in Vedic wisdom and shaped by her studies and personal practice in emotional and energetic healing - from Inner Child work to Hypnotherapy and Shamanic Breathwork - Siddhi bridges ancient insight with modern understanding. She is also a certified RYT 200 Yoga Teacher from the Sri Sri School of Yoga, India, a lineage devoted to the timeless traditions of classical yoga.
Through her work, Siddhi helps women rediscover confidence, gain clarity, and awaken their hidden courage. After years of attending and leading retreats and circles across India, Bali, and Australia, she created intimate women’s circles rooted in safety, authenticity, and sisterhood - spaces where participants leave feeling empowered, self-assured, and aligned with their highest selves.
Ingmar - The Grounding
Ingmar Mareen is a German Software Engineer with a Master’s degree in Computer Science and professional experience in Artificial Intelligence. Today, she has devoted herself to her heart mission: guiding women to reconnect with their bodies, their sensuality, and their most orgasmic selves.
With a grounded yet magnetic presence, Ingmar blends analytical insight, mindfulness, and feminine wisdom to create safe, transformative spaces where women feel free to untame, release, and rise.
She is the founder of “Self-Pleasure Like a Goddess”, a community where women break shame, reclaim pleasure, and step fully into their embodied power. Through workshops and intimate circles, Ingmar combines lived experience, practical guidance, and deep presence to help women reconnect with themselves on every level - body, mind, and soul.

How is this different from other healing paths? The Medicine of a Circle:
This is a three-month journey where we walk together long enough for your nervous systems to feel safe, your hearts to soften, and trust to grow. Long enough for you to share your deepest wounds and experiences. And long enough to be held through your transition as this new version of yours slowly roots and becomes your new normal.
In one-time circles, new women come and go - each with her own rhythm and her own light. It can take time for trust to build again. But for our journey (over these months), you’ll be with the same women again and again - the ones you’ve already shared your truths, your tears, and your laughters with. In our experience, the deepest friendships often form right here, within this continuity of shared healing.
A single therapy session can be powerful, but in our experience impactful transformations happen in a circle - in connection with people we trust. The wound came from the family we were born into, and now we have the chance to choose a new circle where mutual trust and respect remind us that we are held, loved and seen.
You’re in the experience - releasing what’s been held in your body for years - guided by two facilitators who’ve walked this path themselves.
You’ll witness how real sisterhood feels - friendships so deep and safe that your heart starts to open again. We make sure that space always holds love, clarity, and compassion, even in disagreement.
P.S.: This Journey Is For You If..
your are ready to meet the root of your wound with compassion and sisterhood, so that you finally feel safe in the world to be fully you.
