HAPE, REIKI, & SANANGA CEREMONY

Join us for this ceremonial experience where you’ll enter into a sacred space, rooted in ancestral wisdom, traditional plant medicine practices, and infused with sacred instruments & Reiki energy.

A Guided Journey with the plant spirits, accompanied by the gentle essence of Reiki energy and earth-rooted instruments. 

This intimate workshop weaves together three powerful modalities:

• Hapé

The Grandfather Spirit. A sacred Amazonian plant medicine traditionally used by the indigenous tribes of the Amazonian Basin in ceremony, sacrament, and prayer as a powerful tool for grounding and energetic/spiritual clearing. 

Non-psychoactive. 

• Sananga 

medicinal eye drops derived from the Amazonian plant: Mata Heins (Tabernaemontana genus), traditionally used to physically sharpen vision and to cleanse the spirit. It is the medicine that offers the gift of sight and heightened sensorial perception. 

• Reiki 

 an energy healing practice that supports nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and restoration.

Rooted in respect for tradition and held with intentional guidance, this experience invites you to pause, reset, and reconnect.

 Preparation Guidelines

To support your experience:

• Avoid alcohol and recreational substances for 24 hours prior

• Eat light, clean meals the day of (avoid heavy, greasy foods)

• Stay hydrated

• Set a clear intention

• Wear comfortable clothing

• Bring a journal, pen, water, pillow, yoga mat

 Contraindications & Safety

This workshop is not recommended for individuals who:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding

• Have serious heart conditions

• Have uncontrolled high blood pressure

• Have recent eye surgery (for Sananga)

• Are on certain medications (especially antidepressants, MAOIs, or blood pressure Medic*tion)

• Have severe mental health conditions (including active psychosis)
