Half day retreat with Sylvia & Catie
We are back with another a London based day retreat! Join us at the Beautiful Oca studio in London Bridge for a day of yoga, pranayama, handstands, yoga nidra and delicious food!
Workshops can be attended individually if you are not able to make the full day however priority will be given to people booking all of it.

What to Expect
Workshop 1:
12:30-13:30 pranayama, spinal mobility and inversions with Catie
13:30-14:30 functional movement (yoga & mat pilates), inversions with Sylvia
14:30-15:00 Break
Workshop 2:
15:00-17:00 handstands with Catie & Sylvia
17:30 Dinner at Plants of Roselyn, London Bridge. Food is not included in the price!
