Our monthly yoga nidra is joined by Rising Phoenix Yoga + Healing this month. Becky will be providing a sound bath while you are guided through the yoga nidra meditation. Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep, is a practice of deep relaxation that can benefit your body and mind. This meditation method can help,
