Never done a 108 before? New to yoga? No Problem, these are incredibly beginner friendly!In the Winter Solstice Session you will be semi-guided through movement based sequences to acknowledge the slow down of the season and respect our bodies and minds with their current state. A counting method will be supplied and new participants to the practice will go home with a free gift from Blu Bird Studio.
