Take a trip back down the year of 2024 with us as we Recap, Rinse, Release, Rest and Repeat 108 times. Whether this year was a year of joy + success, grief + failure, or somewhere in between, you will benefit from the guided dynamic moving meditation. We encourage and give time to rest and reset between sets. This practice is limited to 40 persons, so grab your spot early!
