Never done a 108 before? New to yoga? No Problem, these are incredibly beginner friendly!In the Fall Equinox Session you will be semi-guided through movement based sequences to shed unwanted energy as we prepare our mind, body and spirit for the seasonal slow down. A counting method will be supplied and new participants to the practice will go home with a free gift from Blu Bird Studio.
