Guided Snowshoe or Winter Hike at Temperance River State Park

Event Description: Join us at Temperance River State Park – the closest State Park to Bluefin Bay Family of Resorts! Trails wind along the beautiful Temperance River with a hidden waterfall and two other waterfalls along the way.

Need to Know: Dress for the weather! Plan to be outside for about 2 hours. If the snow is light and fluffy, we’ll wear snowshoes. If the trail is packed or icy, we’ll opt for ice trekkers. Trips could be cancelled if temperatures drop below -15 degrees with windchill.

Location: Meet at Bluefin Bay Guest Services

Distance: 1-2 miles roundtrip

Level of Difficulty: Easy-Moderate

Ages: 6+, but anyone under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We are unable to put car seats in our shuttle vehicle so any families with kiddos under 8 years old will need to drive separately.
