About this Event
Juniper will guide you through a different meditation each month designed to help you relax, find your center, and reclaim your power. The techniques and imagery will vary and be inspired by each season. The main themes will be clearing your energy, containing it and cultivating what you do want. No experience necessary. Breath work will be involved. Dress comfortably, bring a mat and/or blanket (or use those provided), and a notebook, pen, and water.
About the Facilitator:
Juniper is a clinical herbalist, artist, energy worker, and assistant manager at Smile Herb Shop. She has been practicing meditation for 10+ years. She has been teaching and guiding her clients in meditation for 2 years. She has witnessed greater transformation in her clients since incorporating meditation alongside her herbal practice.
