Thrive On Life
Host: Azlena Asri

Info: Once a Paralegal, Azlena Asri's world changed after a fall led to a cancer diagnosis, chemotherapy, physiotherapy, complications and a long season of stillness. In that stillness, she found her life’s purpose: she left the corporate world to become a Thrive On Life Coach; weaving breath work, movement and aromatherapy into a whole-person approach to healing. Today she helps women move from surviving to thriving, inspiring courage, to step out of isolation and into embodied transformation. She believes that if you have breath, you have life. Healing is never linear and life may throw curveballs but you are allowed to ask for support. You don't have to do it alone.

Sophia Klopp
Host: Sophia Klopp

Her work supports parents, caregivers and educators in looking beneath children’s behaviour and becoming more aware of what may be happening within themselves in challenging moments.

Drawing from Positive Discipline, Nonviolent Communication and trauma-informed approaches, Sophia facilitates workshops and programmes that explore connection, communication and how our own experiences and patterns can shape the way we respond to children. She believes that greater awareness can create more space for curiosity, choice and connection in our relationships with our children.

Today, Noemie chooses to live one day at a time with gratitude, purpose, and faith. Her journey has taught her that strength is having the courage to surrender, receive support, and extend compassion to others. She shares her story to remind others that when life becomes difficult, we don't have to carry life's burdens alone.
