About this Event
Join us for a special Spring Equinox edition of Groundation Dub Yoga – a unique experience blending yoga flow with the deep vibrations of dub music.
The Spring Equinox marks a moment of balance between light and dark, a powerful time for renewal, reflection, and intention setting as we move into a new season.
Through slow, accessible yoga movement and breathwork, accompanied by immersive dub sounds, this session invites you to ground yourself, release what the body has been holding, and create space for new energy.
This is not just a yoga class – it is a communal space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and the rhythms of the season.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. All bodies and levels are welcome.
