Group Reiki Healing Session

Come along and start/continue your healing journey with Julie Shaw - Reiki Master Teacher. Julie has formal qualifications in Usui Reiki and Quantum Reiki, along with extensive training in advanced energy healing techniques.

Julie specialises in helping individuals with anxiety, depression and stress related issues, restoring energetic balance and releasing emotional blockages. All sessions are designed to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Drift off into a blissful relaxation, followed by a deep energy healing session and leave feeling lighter, brighter and much calmer.

You will need a yoga/pilates mat, pillow/cushion and a blanket and another cushion for under the knees if required.

Refreshments are provided at the end of the session whilst I explain what I have healed during in the session.
