The 3rd of our monthly themed Rage Yoga's. We invite you to Grit & Glitter Yoga! If you've been to Yogini Krystal's classes before you know what they're like. But this takes it up a notch! Get ready to learn some new movements, some new mudras, open up that throat chakra, and "Let that Shit Go!" Not your lululemon yoga class, we will cuss, we will scream, hell we may even cry. And all of that's allowed! Even the music will be turned up a notch. So grab your bestie, your partner(s), your neighbor and secure your spot now and let's amp up that #ZenAF! Yoga will start by 12:10!We'll be at The Glitter Factory for this bad boy!
Participants are encourage to bring a donation for the community craft closet (You know you want to clean out all that extra crafty shit sitting around at your house) as part of their admission, or cash donations can be brought day of as well. You're also encouraged to stick around a create something fucking magical after session!
