At Above + Beyond Cancer, we emphasize the importance of cooking fresh and eating whole foods in terms of prevention, recovery, and overall quality of health.
This February, join us for a class to learn how to make a immunity boosting stew. A nutritionist will teach why these foods are so essential for our wellbeing.
Teresa Adams-Tomka, the master chef, will demonstrate all the kitchen tricks. All you have to do is sign up and we will send you a list of ingredients and equipment you’ll need to have on hand to make the recipe right along with Teresa. Bonus you will have dinner on the table at the end of class!
